Have a nand Question

corona v2 RGH

trying to open it up my nand dump in xebuild GUI and im getting a error

ERROR : cant Determine if it's big block or small block nand,do you want me to continue anyway? (this is a sign that your nand is not properly dumped)

i orderd mine premodded so it came with the original nand on a disk as well as the updated one i tried those same thing. I also tried dumping it myself same thing

anyone know what could cause this?

im on the latest dash i just thought i should take a look and see because eventually im ganna have to update it

This is totally normal for a 4GB Corona, the GUI don't have support for this yet (it'll be added when it hits v3.0 which i've been working on a very long time)

Well thanks for all your hard work :)

i found this in the tutorial Just wanna confirm this is one and the same ?

NOTE: You'll get alot of warnings about size beeing incorrect, just press No on every question and ignore it... if you press Yes it'll just fail verifications anyways... so don't

The settings you need are:
Build Type: Freeboot (RGH 2.0)
Motherboard: Corona
Advanced Mode: Enabled
Failsafe: Disabled
Open Parameter/Argument Editor prior to starting xeBuild/Python: Checked

Hi i try update my dash RGH to 16756 but the program xeBuild says "ERROR : cant Determine if it's big block or small block nand" I followed the instructions in this link http://forum.homebrew-connection.org/index.php?topic=264.0 but the problem is : my original NAND size 48.0MB,but to generate my NAND with the program xeBuild the file updflash.bin size 16,5MB, My question is: The size is correct of my generate file, flashing the generate NAND with Simple 360 NAND Flasher o this file not have the correct size or something is wrong or flashing anyways??
thanks. (sorry for my english)

Your builded XeBuild File should be 48MiB. Are you sure you habe selected the right Motherboard Type ?

I have build your Nand Image with correct Nand Size (48MiB). You can use Swizzys  Simple Nand Flasher, to flash the image on your Xbox 360. Please rename the file to updflash. You get the link shortly.

For future reference, try reading the guide more carefully... you simply missed out on the additional step for 4G coronas in that you need to add that to corona...

Did you read the tutorial? http://xebuildtut.xeupd.com/ you most likely have a 4G corona... you can send me your dump and key if you want, but i might not build you a new nand for you if it's just a standard 4G corona...
